Radical Acceptance & Restorative Healing: A Trauma-Informed Yoga Event

Join us for an evening of healing and self-discovery at Inner Purpose, where we’ll explore the transformative power of radical acceptance and trauma-informed yoga. This evening will begin with a 20–30 minute talk on Radical Acceptance, led by Lindsay Zhogeb, a licensed mental health counselor extensively trained in trauma treatment. Lindsay will explore how trauma can affect our minds, bodies, and emotions, often leaving us feeling stuck or disconnected. Through the practice of radical acceptance, we’ll discuss how embracing our experiences with compassion can create space for healing, self-understanding, and growth—without the pressure to “fix” everything at once.

Following the talk, immerse yourself in 90 minutes of Trauma-Informed Yin Vin Yoga, facilitated by an experienced yoga instructor. This gentle, restorative practice is designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
