I'm a relational therapist specializing in grief and loss, depression and anxiety, couples work, and life transitions. I care about creating a space for openness and honesty while navigating the heavier parts of life. I offer practical skills for healthy communication and emotion regulation, while making sure the work goes deeper than just symptom management. Alongside that, I'm drawn to helping people explore a more expansive sense of identity, live closer to their values, and bring a sense of vitality into daily life.

I use psychodynamic perspectives to explore personal narratives, and am also passionate about the connection between mind and body. Using ACT, CBT, and an IFS-informed lens, I help clients build flexibility in how they relate to their emotions, the people around them, and their sense of self. When working with couples specifically, I utilize the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School, and my prior experience involves work in schools, community-based programs, and outpatient settings. As a creative individual, I value a collaborative process, adapting therapy to meet each person’s unique needs.
