Trevor provides a calming and grounded presence, and his approach is often described by clients as life-affirming and deeply accepting. These qualities help establish the kind of therapeutic relationship that fosters real, meaningful change. Trevor believes that therapy works best when it’s built on real human connection—an honest, supportive dialogue between two people.

Trevor offers both in-person and Telehealth outpatient services, as well as comprehensive ADHD assessments. He works with individuals, couples, and families, creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. His clinical approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), depending on each client’s unique needs and goals.

Whether supporting someone through anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, or relational challenges, Trevor’s intention is to help clients feel supported in their growth and healing process.
