Licensed Associate Counselor

I believe therapy is a space where you should feel safe to show up as your authentic self, feel heard without judgment, and explore the parts of your life you want to better understand. My approach to counseling is rooted in the belief that we are more than our mental health symptoms. Our emotions, physical well-being, relationships, life experiences, and environments all shape who we are and how we navigate the world. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel comfortable being yourself and empowered to work toward meaningful growth and change.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating a variety of challenges, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling to manage difficult emotions, or adjusting to a new chapter in life, I aim to meet you where you are and help you feel supported throughout the process. My clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and other integrative approaches. I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I believe our work should reflect your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we can explore patterns, develop practical coping skills, and build a deeper understanding of yourself as you work toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic to who you are.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Women and Gender Studies, from Rowan University. I later earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
