I received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychological Sciences from Rowan University, and later earned my Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in behavioral health settings. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, safety, and genuine connection. I value a strong therapeutic relationship and my goal is to create a safe space for every client to feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy is holistic, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit while supporting clients in cultivating balance, resilience, and meaningful growth. My specialties include depression & anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions/identity exploration.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating aspects of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Using these approaches, my goal is to provide clients a space to process emotions, understand emotional patterns and triggers, and work towards healing and self-compassion.
