Anxiety, Depression, ADHD | CBT & Play Therapy
Hi! I’m a licensed social worker who specializes in helping kids and teens work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I believe that every child has the ability to grow, thrive, and feel good about themselves—with the right support.
In my work, I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy to make the therapy process both effective and engaging. Whether it’s through talking, playing, drawing, or problem-solving, I help kids express their feelings, understand their thoughts, and learn tools to feel more confident and in control.
I also believe that parent support is a vital part of the journey. I work closely with caregivers to provide guidance, communication strategies, and tools to strengthen the parent-child connection and create a more peaceful home environment.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Immaculata University and my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. My goal is always to create a warm, welcoming space where children feel safe, seen, and supported—just as they are.
